These terms apply to the UNJAM! mobile game and this website. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

UNJAM! is a single-player puzzle game published by Muhammed Mubashir. It is provided free of charge, works offline, and contains no advertising, accounts or in-app purchases.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play UNJAM! on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and to the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

3. What you may not do

copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game, except as the store’s terms allow;
modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly permits this;
remove or alter copyright, trademark or other notices;
use the UNJAM! name, logo, characters or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service.

Sharing screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, including in reviews and on social media, is welcome.

4. Intellectual property

The game, its name, logo, characters, artwork, sounds, levels and code are owned by Muhammed Mubashir and protected by copyright and other laws. The game includes open-source components under their own licences, including the Fredoka typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1); those licences continue to apply to those components.

5. Your progress

Progress is stored only on your device. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling the game or resetting your device.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop distributing the game at any time. We are not obliged to provide updates or support for any particular device or Android version.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
